Its a fairly mad thing to happen, especially with the club only being shut an hour or so. Helicopters, balaclava clad guardia, dogs, guns.... Presumably a fair amount of people still milling around the area. Imagine that happening after stumbling out of Cocoon in the early hours

Amnesia owner arrested in an investigation of tax crimes
The Civil Guard and the Treasury reported yesterday the club for more than 15 hours - Agents of the Civil Guard UCO landed by helicopter at seven o'clock in the disco'parking' | They searched the offices, several homes and shops of Ibiza and Barcelona | Four people have been arrested
The owner of Amnesia, Martin Ferrer, was arrested yesterday along with his son, Martí Ferrer, the attorney for many of its companies, David Philip, and the accounting of the establishment, Vicente Perez de Montis, within an operation the Central Operating Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard in which the alleged crimes against the Treasury is investigated. The registration of the club, which began about seven o'clock yesterday, continued at midnight at the close of this edition.

Throughout the day, dozens agents filled boxes with documents seized in the offices of an entertainment venue. The agents had to make numerous trips with one of the vehicles used to load these boxes due to the large number of documents seized.

Not sure what kind of qualifications these police have, but letting them open for 7hrs in between 2 raids doesn't seem too clever...
Who knows what may have being got ridden of/moved somewhere else, under the camouflage of a few thousand people roaming around...

Messi been sentenced to 21 months for tax evasion, must be a general crack down.
If the owner is getting done for tax I think the club stays open, drugs on the other hand is another problem.
