Hello

Hei, my name is Andy, I might be right in saying I'm the oldest member at the ripe old age of 49! :)
(The force of House is strong)

I grew up in Hull, used to go to Wigan Casino & The warehouse in Leeds (sasha, digweed) tho as soon as I finished my apprenticship, I was off......
Travelled around Europe as a DJ in the 80's and 90's Spain, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Ended up in Norway were I've been for the last 20 years, after the wife, kids and divorce malarky, (4 years ago) I finally met a woman who likes the same type of music as I do. YAY!

House, House, House (Mostly Deep & Soul)

I dance, Salsa, Swing, House, Trance and just about anything, but don't care for drum n bass or hardcore.

Although I've been all over Europe, Spain, Croatia, Italy, Aya napa, bla bla bla, in the name of House, (Sopot in Poland & Amsterdam were favourites), I'd never been to Ibiza, we stayed in San-Antonio for 10 days last year (2009), and enjoyed EVERY FOOKING minute of it, fav places being, De Tulp, Del Mar & Mambo, why I never went before I don't know!!

We did Privellige, Cream & Amnesia, thought the hardcore was ****! which was most dissapointing but an experience, still trying to work out which nights they do real House, dance music, not that extacy stuff.

This year we are in San-An from July 19th to 5th August and are looking forward to it like hell!!!!

It's nice to see so many people on this list going to Ibiza and yearning to go back again, for me a summer without Ibiza is not an option for the rest of my life :)

The things we noticed most were, 1; we were in Amnesia, it was packed, and not once did we get shoved, 2; no aggro or gangs of Englishmen running round in football shirts, 3; how nice everyone was.

People in Norway always say PARTY PARTY PARTY, when I tell them I'm off too Ibiza, well it's true if you want to, but also chillin' and riding round the Island to see the beautiful nature, beaches and people is great as well, Ibiza is for everyone who wants to have a good holiday and who loves Music, and I do, I love it.

So for anyone who wants to say hello or have a few beers drop me a line, we are usually up early and do the something the whole day form opening time,, either strollin' drinking, chillin' or whatever takes our fancy, NOTHING PLANNED!

My name is Omokhodion (for obvious reasons, everyone calls me Omo or Omar!) 29 years old (glad Im not going to be the old man of Ibiza that I thought I was going to be!), Accounts Clerk with an unhealthy obession for Turntablism & mixing, love ALL good music, born & bred on Hiphop/RnB but my current favorite flavour is Banging and/or Pretty Trance.

Will be coming down 2nd - 9th Aug2010 with five mates (who don't like trance but like house), trying to gain a bit of the lingo before I arrive, while trying to lose a little bit more body fat so that I look Uber on the beach! Looking forward to quad-ing it up during the day and dancing away the nights with the honeys & the hard bodies, wooooooooooh!

Coming back again with my brother! Third time for me, fourth for him. Also have a friend coming over from Germany. We'll be there July 15th through the 19th. I put up an album with a few pics. I'm Si from London, I grew up in Africa & have lived in the UK for 20 years. I'm a drummer, producer & DJ & have been loosely, semi-professionally involved in the dance music scene since the early 90's. I love good thumping old rock music (Led Zep, Pink Floyd etc), punk music, 80's cheese, all sorts reggae & dance music from A to Z! My presonal favourite is full-on Hard NRG, pumping Hardhouse, Hard Trance but I'm into all sorts breaks, DnB, deep house, chill-out etc. I just love, & live for music.

Been to Ibiza 3 times so far. First time in 1994, stayed in Playa D'en Bossa, then again in 1998 stayed in Playa D'en Bossa again. Then in 2001 we camped at Cala Nova, near Es Cana which was well cool hanging out with the hippies from the market & much cheaper than a proper apartment.

Planning a last-minute 3 night trip end of Aug coz my gf is much younger than me & needs to see Ibiza & party like no island parties!

I had toast & coffee for breakfast today & I'm a Virgo Lol

This will be my third time in Ibiza, first time staying at Playa Den Bossa (Jet Apartments). Were a group of 6 heading out there on 8th August for two whole fun packed weeks.

Ive always cruised Spotlight before ive been out there, thought it was about time I actually made my voice heard!

Anyone else headed out there at the same time as us, let me know. :lol:8)

Love the place, San Antonio every time but thinking about PDB next year to stay.

I'm Andrew and I'm 30 and from Leeds. I'll be travelling to Ibiza for some Cocoon/Cadenza/CircoLoco action with my gorgeous girlfriend Natalie (27) on 18th Sept for 10 days.

This will be my second visit (2005) and my girlfriends fourth. Staying in PDB.

Trying to get all the info on what we'll be going to and trying to be as economical as possible.
 
I'm Paul, 27 from Basingstoke.

I usually make a visit to Ibiza once a year to play a few of the bars and clubs. I could probably get out there to play more than once, although I would rather pack all of my sets into a weeks holiday. I've been lucky enough to play Eden, Hush, Savannahs, Itica and a few others. This year I've been booked to play for Space and a boat party through the legendary 'Pukka Up', who I play for at Pacha in London every other month. Can't wait.

I'll be out in Ibiza first week of Sept, where I'll definitely be watching a sunset at Mambo with a sangria, dancing on the beach at Bora Bora, having a Thai just on the edge of San Antonio, and going on the Es Vedra boat trip. WOOP!

Heading out to Ibiza in late September with my good friend Woody (who might actually be on this site somewhere) for the Defected and We Love Space closers as well as anything else we can fit in. Likely Privilege and Cream. Staying in San An.

Last time in Ibiza was in '06. Has to be the greatest Island on earth as far as I'm concerned, can't wait to get back.

I am Andy (or Woody as Nath has put in his greeting).

I'm 29, and still live in Newcastle, Gateshead if you wanna get technical, huge house fan, Defected being one of the main reasons for my visit.

We'll be there from the early hours of the 25th September to the early hours of the 2nd October, so come and say hello, if you want to party with the Geordies.

This is my first visit to Ibiza, and since i turn 30 next year :cry: i thought i better hurry up and get out there, before i need a walking stick.

Im Kat...from Perth, Western Australia. My hubby & i are traveling around our great country and have decided to come back to the UK for a week then do a side trip to Ibiza, June or July 2011. We spent a year in UK in 2006, working holiday and went to Ibiza for a week for the opening parties & had an absolute ball! We were into a different genre of dance music then so looking forward to going back & seeing it through different eyes!

Hola. I'm Adam and I am 28 from Liverpool. I have browsed these forums for a couple of years then took it upon myself to register and get amongst it properly.

I have spent two whole summers in Ibiza - '08 and '09 and visited for some holidays aswell. I have already had one holiday there this year in July and I fly out this weekend for another hectic week. Hopefully I might find myself back over there once again for a few days to goto Space Closing if I am feeling greedy!
