Yeah I thought it looked great.. I was only there for Dixon closing didn't move from just right of the end of the stairs and it was Dark.. Could have been anywhere really..?

they have a lease for X years. the same happened when it was called el divino: we always heard that khaled was the owner but he was just renting the building to marina ibiza (back then known as ibiza nueva)...

Urgell has always been a grumpy old man, out of touch with the modern world and disillusionised. He hated his own club and the djs playing there in the end, except for flower power. Urgell is often idolized as one of the guys paving the way for modern Ibiza but in fact as many he was just there at the right time. He himself never did anything for electromic music in Ibiza. He had D. Whittle for that.

I went to El Divino a good few good times in my younger years - a great venue actually (Miss Moneypennies & I think Hed Kandi started off there). It’ll be interesting to see if Pacha renew their lease or someone else will take over again?they have a lease for X years. the same happened when it was called el divino: we always heard that khaled was the owner but he was just renting the building to marina ibiza (back then known as ibiza nueva)...
