OK here goes, i have to list all of these and there are many im not even lisitng as ill be here all niteill only list mostly 1980's films for now, will list the others again,what the 80.s lacked in style it was without doubt the best for films.8)
Star Wars (the whole spectrum) - agree until Ewan McGregor raised his crap acting head.
Basic Instinct -nooooooo Jagged Edge was far superior!!
Top Gun - So gay its brilliant
Goodfellas - agree
New Jack City - it had Mick Jagger in for god's sake...
Scarface - oh yes! - BUT I raise you Dog Day Afternoon...
Beverly Hills Cop 1 & 2 - Axel Foley - funny in the first film only...
Back To The Future 1 & 2 - grudgingly - I have to agree
A Nightmare on Elm Street - Definately
The Exorcist - Still scares me - the book is brilliant!!
Salems Lot - as above - I can remember My Mum, me and my sister sleeping in the same room after watching this the first time....
An American Werewolf In London - First time I say "special effects" and it blew my mind - sound track was brilliant

Just watched that a couple of weeks ago. Brilliant film.
I was pleasantly surprised by In Bruges too - although my favorite movie of the year so far is Wall-E - I am a big fan of Pixar anyway, but they really topped themselves with this one- truly a classic.

Incredible story line...makes you want to read the book...and you should! Plus, Roy Sheider rules.
Blade Runner:
"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die. "
Platoon:

I've never seen ID or SCUM..and I'm a pretty big movie buff...thanks for the lead...will be watching that on the Leer on the way to Spain if I can get the concierge to load it.
What made you think of a movie like "devils advocate."

If your not in Ibiza the next two weeks perhaps you would like to see the Everton/Liverpool match from the executive box with a friend?
