according to the latest rumours, there are some problems in the negotiations and they didnt sign..... martín ferrer keeps saying that matinee moves to amnesia though :!::!:

:arrow: today diario de ibiza reports that pacha has bought the warehouse casino de ibiza is using at the moment as the provisional casino (opposite the gesa power station). apparently pacha plans to maintain the restaurant and turn the games room into a club :!:

as you might remember, they moved there two years ago while the old casino in ibiza nueva turns into the 5 star hotel/casino ibiza gran hotel (which is expected to open this summer).....

according to the latest rumours, direct from a source which is always spot on, pacha has an offer on table for the land where the club is today of 10.000.000€ and is considering the possibility of moving in 2008 to the warehouse they just bought (for which, source says, they paid 2.000.000€) :!::!:

on a curious note, diario de ibiza mentioned yesterday that there were more people interested in buying that warehouse but, obviously, didnt reveal who. tsssk tsssk.....

but more than any other club i know exists, pacha ibiza is embodied by it's location, layout, sprawling canopies of terracotta-stonewash fusion architecture, etc, etc

IMO, a move constitutes the destruction of pacha, ibiza. i'm sure the new club will be good in a different way but it will be pacha in name and nothing more.
