Festival Club definitely worth a visit, but be careful, i took a tumble walking down the far away steps after the concrete gave way on a step and was lucky i didn't end up full of dirty broken glass. Got away with a few scrapes and bruises.
 
Do you still get a free drink with your ticket? I remember back then standing at the bar waving ticket around trying to get served. .feeling invisible. :)
 
Didnt there used to be a Saturday Cream at Amnesia at some point (c.1998) in addition to the Thursday?
 
I remember one trip where half the group would spend all day here, the other half at Mambos and me trying not to miss anything (and missing everything ) wandering up and down on the rocks between the two in a befuddled state

Love this pick. This really sums up how I remember Coastline to be.

I think I have a photo of the promenade at Figueretas with this poster or similar in the background. CJ Bolland was headlining (?) maybe? I think it was more of a Techno night.

with nearly 40 years of history


The restaurant owner Nanking, Jaume Ferrer Perello, along with one of the waiters local, has formed a team for 38 years with chef Thomas Chan.

"To live. The time has come. "
With this optimism account the hours that remain to close his business Jaume Ferrer Perello, the owner Nanking Chinese legendary restaurant, located in the Sea Marina district, in Vila. And they are 38 years of daily work of this Ibizan, company manager, and his team, which consists of his brother Mariano, who deals with the whole organization of the kitchen, and the chef Thomas Chan.
But that is only until tonight, which will be the last in which they work.

The business, one of the first Chinese restaurants on the island, Jaume idea was that when he was young went to work in the Canary Islands to an establishment of such food and on his return to Ibiza decided to open his own.
And for 38 years he has not stopped working.
Now there is a possibility that others remain with the business,
but Jaume not want to be more specific.

The fried rice and spring rolls cooking will leave tonight Street del Mar 8.
