I went from Brum to East Midlands and sat for an hour and a half on the tarmac yay for my free drink? Would have done it for £250 happily enoughNow my quick trip back has a spanner in the works as jet2 are now taking me to Edinburgh via Belfast….oh they are giving me a free drink on board (6 I’d probably be happy)…but I’ll be over 3 hours late in arriving so will get the 250 quid compo
Thanks for that mate! I might take a few spares from the lateral flows a have from work to be safeWe used these. One wouldn’t work because the liquid tube was empty. Luckily we had a spare. Everything went fine with the testing. Got our certificate by email after 4/5 hours.
Take a ballpoint pen, you need to write a code on the cartridge before you send the photo.

Issued once you scan the barcode. Is that only issued after you scan the barcode on the pack to activate your test or is it something which comes inside the packaging ?
So would i be right in saying you dont have to take the day 2 pcr tests i ordered on holiday in my bag ,i just need the codes to type in the passanger locator for to get back to uk.Order reference in the confirmation email
Joking aside, I found the testing and administartion around it quite onerous first time out. Old folks, like my parents, would have no chance of managing it without help.Apparently my 2 day test didn't work on my Passenger Locator Form as I had brought something else? Oops
How these ketted up kids manage to get home is beyond me
correct, just the codes to put on your form, then take the test when you get home within two days of arrival. So would i be right in saying you dont have to take the day 2 pcr tests i ordered on holiday in my bag ,i just need the codes to type in the passanger locator for to get back to uk.
Sorry im a roofer not an university student.

I am in Madrid but going to uk to see my family (first time since covid) on Sunday.Thought you were in Madrid - are you back in UK now ?
There was a bloke trying to get his test to fly done when we were there. Off his nut, couldn't see his phone, the staff were really nice and put it all in for him. Would love to have seen what came out if his nose on to that swabJoking aside, I found the testing and administartion around it quite onerous first time out. Fancy a house swap?I am in Madrid but going to uk to see my family (first time since covid) on Sunday.
staying in birmingham for a week then going to London for the Bank hols and going to junction 2 festival at tobacco dock (first party since covid) so excited!!
I was saying exactly that, I proper struggled (and messed it up). I'd have no chance after 5 days on itJoking aside, I found the testing and administartion around it quite onerous first time out. Old folks, like my parents, would have no chance of managing it without help.
Crap here for the next week then a little bit of sun and 23oc
Good idea, better than the risk being stranded in ibiza if the test is either inconclusive or simply doesnt work properly. I wonder if they check the date stamp information on the photo you send them (you can do this simply by checking the properties on any photo which normally shows the date taken, unless you reset the dates on your phone/camera to coincide)So my sister used this C19 test returning from Madeira yesterday. Just had to email a photo of passport and the negative test plastic thing to the company and had certificate back in a few hours. No 3rd party interaction abroad required and £29. They also managed to deliver it to her on a Saturday before flying out after ordering on Friday afternoon (DPD next day). You have to scan a QR code on the box to get usage instructions if it's your first time doing it but I did think to myself what would stop someone doing it before they even left the UK, then sending the photo etc within the 48 hours before. It's all a bit of a joke !!
