Getting into Ibiza clubs - age and dress requirements

Just a word of warning, me and my friends made our way to space without ID (we had not taken ID with us before, or anywhere, and it had been fine) One bouncer decided to be an arse because we went the wrong way around the queue railings by accident, and wouldn;t let us in without ID. We simply walked away and made sure he wasn't looking and then lined up at the other entrance and got in no problem at all, so try that before going all the way back to get ID!

im exactly the same.. my mate who im off with is 17 and not 18 untill start of aug! but she should be ok with id right?

Clubbing without a shirt on!!

Hi...I will have my first time experience in Ibiza this week, and I just would like to find an answer to my question, but after reading almost all forum rooms I haven´t. I usually go shirtless when I´m on the dance floor once I feel in the middle of the night, but in some countries, cities, clubs that´s something that is just allowed at any time...at some other places is totally prohibited. I´m sure I would have to wear a tie and a jacket in the middle of the hottest night at Pacha, that´s why I´m not going there, but what about Amnesia´s La Troya Party, Space or Privilege?
I really appreciate your help!!!:D
Expecting to have the party time of my life!!! (without a shirt on!)8O

In my experience you'll be fine clubbing without a shirt on at Amnesia and Privilege.
Especially at nights like La Troya, Matinee and Supermartxe where there is a large gay crowd.

However, last year at space (closing parties) it didn't seem to be allowed. As soon as someone took their shirt off the security guys immediately went up to them and told them to put it back on again....

But generally I would say that pretty much everything goes at Ibiza... ;)

My younger brother and his mates (4 of them) are on about joining us when we go out in September. They are all 17 and have no fake ID. Think I should put them off going or would they be fine getting into Defected, We love and Circo Loco?

Is a smart t-shirt and chino shorts ok for Pacha?

I wore a black vest, 3 quarter length khaki shorts and some black pumps when I went to Pacha for Vagabundoz. I'm definitely going in white trainers this year as my feet were killing me by the end especially as I had no socks on.

Pacha can be a bit funny on dress code with skinhead typeish lads...thay have a rather amusing and in depth dresscode on the back of their tickets...

in regards to shorts it says no swiming shorts - so the type with big stupid flowers on, also says no vests, but I know people who've gone in vests. If in doubt, especially with the being underage, check the back of the ticket beforehand and make sure you comply.

I first went to Ibiza as a very young looking 19 (Im 23 and still get IDed in England for cigs now!!) and ive never been IDed in any clubs. Saying that after the young girl died in Space last year I know they started IDing in Space for a few weeks, so as long as nothing high profile happens before you go then you should be fine!

were off to pacha this month for pete tongs opening night. can you wear plimsoles, flip flops, trainers or does it have to be proper shoes. any one been recently and had any trouble getting in?

wore my etnies last year, never had a problem getting in with jeans, tank top and skate shoes, only ever been to Pacha on Defected's nights so unsure if the dress code changes but can't see why it would. might steer clear of flip fops though. Fairly sure I saw people with shorts on last year but I could be wrong.

went to tiesto at pacha last year, saw the dress code said no shorts, so wore jeans, must have been the only blokes in there in jeans. I think if you wear smart shorts, not Boardshorts of speedos you'll b ok

Away to Ibiza this Wednesday and my boyfriend is coming with us. He is eighteen but unfortunately I'm not :( Will I have trouble getting into clubs? We planned to go to Avicii at Ushuaia on the sunday.

You shouldn't have any problems getting into clubs unless you look about 12. But b careful if you have your name on a guestlist to get in or if you buy a ticket off here cuz I think your name might b on it and they ask for id then.

oh dear, that's a bit of a problem then because my mum bought us the tickets online and printed them :/ what do we do? Is there any possible way of changing the name on the tickets or would me going with her credit card suffice?

I have heard in a few occasions people who have bought tickets on spotlight and they have their name printed on it asked for id to make sure its there's but not sure if they ask every time. I personally haven't bought tickets on the internet so never had this problem.

if your mum bought them with a paypal account you'll be fine. if they're bought with your mum's credit card you'll have to cancel and re-buy them with either your own credit card or with your mum's paypal account. in our FAQ's we say very clearly the credit card owner has to be present at the club. not all clubs enforce this rule, but we can't take any responsibility if they won't let you in.

Hi all, been a while since I've been to Ibiza but going back in a couple of weeks. I seem to remember some clubs being a bit funny about dress code last time I was there but I'm traveling hand luggage only so wasn't planning on bringing jeans or anything too 'dressy'. Anyone been recently and can comment on what it's like? Am I going to be OK with smart shorts and a t shirt for clubs? Pacha was a bit of a problem last time.

Never had an issue with shorts and a tshirt in Privilege, Space, Amnesia, Eden or Es Paradis in any of my last five visits.

Not been to Pacha yet, but they tend to be a little bit stricter from what others have said on the forum.
