the best is anyone that contains ephedrine, if it's not forbidden in your country. You can check the fat burner for Ma Huang and Guarana,

if memory serves ephedrine is extracted from ma huang, so the terms are basically interchangeable.

i briefly toyed with taking ephedrine fat burners and, personally, i would strongly recommend AGAINST taking them. it is herbal speed, pure and simple, and your body acclimates really quickly, so any appetite suppressant effect is short lived. plus you get the grinding teeth, sweats, paranoia, elevated heart rate, etc of speed. which is especially dangerous if you're doing hard cardio workouts.

imo it's better, and safer, to stick to diet and exercise alone. or at worst only use 'fat burners' for short periods of time...

Yes strictly speaking it`s obviously safer not to take them but compared with what most of us are doing at the weekends I don`t think it`s really such an issue. I`ve been using eph on and off for 12 years and have never experienced grinding teeth or paranoia tbh and it`s certainly nowhere near as harsh as speed.

Agreed it should be used sparingly but if used correctly it can be a great asset in helping you to get in shape.

I'm afraid i may give in to the Vino tonight.

What the heck, it's a scorching hot day and i've just had a bit of a row with a client

I thought it was, or should, mostly be used to drop some extra weight a little quicker, but not as something you continue long term, especially once you're near the weight you want to be. Obviously it's easier to maintain a weight than to lose it.

You`re right mate.

When I say I`ve been using eph for 12 years on and off what I mean is that I only use it for a few weeks of the year when I`m dieting down. I spend most of the year bulking up and then diet down for hols. In order to gain muscle you will inevitably put on some fat as well.

If you`re at a stage where you`re happy with how you look and want to maintain that`s a different ballgame and you`d probably have little use for such supplements.

You have no idea of the improvement ephedrine brings to your performance... And it burns fat, and it makes you less hungry, and according to a friend of mine who's an anesthesiologist, the concentration of ephedrine in those pills are not dangerous if consumed in moderate amounts.

agreed. it's not as bad as much of the stuff we get up to. but i guess my feeling is every little bit hurts. if i'm going to muck about on the weekends i don't want to keep putting extra stimulants in my body all week as well!

but i'm definitely not an expert, or a bodybuilder or anything, just my experience :)

Nilsatis or Drew.

Do you know of any exercises that specifically work the outer area of the chest as indicated in the pic below.

Thanks

Pec-Deck or Fly's

;)

Hi Drew. Thanks for the quick response.

I'm incorporating fly's into my chest routine but that area doesn't seem quite right in comparison to the rest.

Anyway, thanks again

No problem.

May i just add another thing - i prefer to do fly's on an incline bench so it really hits that part of the muscle well - but not too steep otherwise you'll bring shoulders too much into play.
