** GETTING IN SHAPE FOR SUMMER **

drinking and empty carbs is pretty much the enemy #1. I have never had much to drink in weekdays but in weekends i sure take "revenge" and drink OTT. but i eat sorta heathy snacks and now that im single again and good to go, im definately watching my weight and panacing more that a guys gonna see me naked eventually! :oops:

Meeting Puppylover was an added bonus too - very down to earth and easy to get on with which is always a good thing.

My new regular morning training consists of: -

1 muscle group weights followed by 20 minutes cardio - 5/6 times a week.

Since the C______, i've really tuned up my diet and have found i'm staying quite lean whilst reducing the cardio.

Being a bit more sensible with the old alcohol too. Drinking Vodka/Pineapple instead of wine which was the real sinner with it being full of sugar and causing fermentation in my gut :oops:
 
do loads of drugs friday to sunday. dont eat all weekend, then exercise and eat what you like during the week.

Ive lost 1 stone in a month on the sin mashed plan!
