I quite liked Labyrinth. Bowie was soooo cool 8)

Jim Henson's The Dark Crystal was also a classic.

The Dark Crystal! I loved it! My dad was a huge fan of Tolkien and fantasy and I still remember the day he took us to the cinema to see it. It was in Passeig de Gracia, the cinema is now a mango shop :D

I love Labyrinth. I love Bowie.

Also I would add to my list:
- Top Secret :D
- The princess bride: Hi, I'm Iñigo de Montoya, you killed my dad get ready to die :D (or something similar)
- Porkies
- The never ending story altho I read the book previously and I was a bit surprised. :D
- Nobody mentions ET?

Silv, yesterday Morbyd and me said the same sentence when we spoke about the princess bride, looks like the sentence is unforgatable. :D :D

I used to love:

ET
Gremlins
Labyrinth
Willow
Legend
Goonies
Dirty Dancing
Star Wars
Cocktail
Critters

and a whole lot more....

Dark Crystal ruled. I am a huge Jim Henson fan. I actually shed a tear when he died.

Top Secret was pretty funny.

As for that line from the Princess Bride, I quoted it on page one of this thread and have now been copied 4 times 8O

Hello. I did not copy your quote, I knew it off by heart. Prepare to die.

I knew there were a ton I forgot to mention yesterday!!! Never seen Legend, it has been mentioned several times, I gotta see it.

So no one else has seen Dot and the Kangaroo? It is not too famous I guess, but it did win some awards for the "new" technology of having animated characters with a real life background. Its a precious movie.

Talked to my mom last night and she refreshed my memory about the crying incident... she said I was INCONSOLABLE, curled in a tiny ball on her lap just sobbing and grabbing her shirt so I could hide my face in it etc. The way she was describing it was pretty heartbreaking hahaha, guess I had just turned 4 at the time.

She said I was ballistically upset like that over ET as well
