Drugs

That's all week and good @craig72 but it is wired in me to be up and awake between 6am-9pm having young kids. I cannot remember the last time I slept after a rave I have to power through then get my head down the following evening.
 
Recently in addition to 5htp I'm taking a big glass of pure orange juice before I go out , and when I get home or next day, the vit c is great.
As for the 5htp it depends what strength you have but I take it early in the day or afternoon, then when I get home after the club, and maybe even when I wake up.
In theory 5htp should definitely have an effect on mdma serotonin recovery

2. Sleep straight after club 6hrs min. Drink a big healthy smoothie if can tolerate or a SnIcKeRs IcEcReAm
3. Wake up eat 5htp and drink a good litre of water
4. Breakfast/Plenty Vit C/electrolytes
5. Beach/Sea/early afternoon kip on the beach

You will be fresh ready to go again from 4pm

this is very, very good advice. the best i've read here. if you are going to do it, following this advice will help enormously.

The no re-dose one is interesting. How do you square that with the most important advice with pills, which arguably is to start with, at most, a half? Personally when I dabble I will do 2 pills split into halves, one half every 45 minutes.

Had a SoundCloud last night, first pill in 9 months. Was quite chomped but overall was very good, rolled on it for about 3 hours. Slept fine and able to eat the next day no problem. Initial comedown was easily remedied.

Personally, if working with doses (rather than tiny dabs, my preference these days), I would start with ~125mg MDMA (which is handily half of most pills nowadays), then any re-doses should be half that again (so a quarter pill) or 62.5mg. Don't re-dose more than 2 or 3 times and keep it to 45mins - 1 hour apart. I generally wouldn't take out more than 400mg for a night. You shouldn't feel too bad the next day and be able to get up again (fnar!) the next night. Try and avoid getting to the point where you can't piss or have third degree gurns...

Any time my heart has started going really fast is because I've (stupidly) re-dosed in full doses, maybe 3 or 4 times. As a general rule, you're never as down as you think you are when you think "shit, it's wearing off, time for more".

I know it's not fashionable, but, as others have said, sleep and rest between nights is incredibly important. Try and get some nice Spanish food too!
 
Nice number after the club, sleep and wake up natural (usually 6-8 hours) quick shower and powder the nose, go for a power walk for an hour or so then a nice seafood paella then ready for next round
