Donald Trump

I read the book as a kid. Haven't seen the film though. Shows how shot my memory is!
The TV series from the 80s is pretty poor from a visuals angle. The film is good I thought. From what I gather the pov gun isn't in the original book, but could be wrong?

So your memory might be intact. Panic averted ?

The way i see it is that a lot of mainstream people (myself included) find a lot of the 'woke' stuff really annoying however given the choice it is endlessly preferable to armed hicks with no interest in knowledge or science. The bottom line is this was a struggle between sanity and fascism and it was a no-brainer. Rest of world can heave sigh of relief (for now). Hopef things will cool down and intelligent strategies can take shape. The world needs America at its best.

Well, yes, there are some things nowadays which completely go over my head and am a bit unconvinced by. I know some lefties would give me a roasting for my stance, or at least sitting on the fence, on some things. There are certainly some bullies on the left who want to close down discussion on some topics and send anyone who disagrees with them into the desert. You could agree on 99% of things, but disagree on that 1% and you're a nazi...

Undocumented and false.
Well, lets hope so and that there will not be more of the same.

Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, are Bush' legacy.

End of November , we will be voting so the swiss central bank won't buy war equipment stocks/shares anymore.

Odd point to make - literally no-one mentioned Obama or wars. Coupled with the fact different times in life have different threats and you need to deal with them accordingly. I certainly don't think Obama was a 'war monger' - in fact Trump has hardly reversed the fact the US still have troops in many 'hostile' countries, including Iraq despite Iraq voting to remove US troops at the beginning of 2020. Lets not even get started on the economic sanctions Trump put in place on many countries which could be as bad if not worse as 'war'
