You don't go to an indian restaurant if you don't like indian food do you?

I would. I'd complain that it was 'a bit spicy'. But then that's me all over. (Contrary, not a bit spicy)
My local indian serves chicken & omlettes. If we go there everyone will be happy.

My local Indian is my mate Sachin. He used to live in Edgware but he's local now. We're going out for an 'English' tonight. "Hello matey, give me the blandest thing on the menu!" They have proper authentic bread rolls and everything!

I go to Space/Pacha because i like the clubs, despite which DJ is playing unless (as x-amount pointed out) i felt a certain label/dj would attract the wrong crowd.

It's all down to priorities i suppose, as long as i'm enjoying the company and the surroundings i'm happy.

As long as the surroundings and company are ok then it is safe to say that you'll have an ok night. The difference between an ok night and an excellent night and even your best night out of the month/year/ever is down to the dj/tracks/sets you hear.

x-amount, i don't understand your comment. if you care to explain your thinking then i'll discuss ;)

I was refering to my comment (which I stick by) that the music in Gay clubs per se is not that good.

Is that North Londons "Token Asian"?

There must be more than one?

Yeah, but this is MY local Indian.

You must have met Sach! He's one of my best mates. Assumes a bit of every culture he comes into contact with. Never forget him pulling Irish girls in Ibiza - "That's amazing - I'm from Kilkenny too, innit!"

Maybe for you.

A great night to me is a good laugh getting ready, maybe hit a few bars, see friends, good club, nice crowd, good music even , bit of an afterparty etc. Surely music is just part of it.

Stuie's in fine debating mode today

But you need to see it at least 16 times to memorise both major and minor quotes?!

Just once and they will stained on my memory for ever, along with ever other trivial piece of shite I hear/see  (And I think I've got the showstopper already!)

bit of a generalisation imo, of course you have the G.A.Y's of the world (which i find repulsive) but you also have the La Troya/Heaven/Anforra's which balance it out.

still missing the connection between going to a gay club and lapping up Defected releases!
