I track and weight everything I eat and it was a bit easier to cut in lockdown than it would be to bulk when I don't have as heavy weights as the gym does. As i was cycling around 125km a week I managed to cut to ridiculous levels this year, came in about 3/4 kg lighter than 2019 and pretty much only had skin to pull at, lockdown was good in that way for me but I wouldn't want it over the winter months ?Managed to weigh myself first time at gym for 5 months. Bang on what it was before lockdown at 80kg?, although shape has improved with home gym.
Which is shocking with my diet! (sweet tooth). Perhaps no fast food or takeaways is why?
