The russian gov has announced its approved a vaccine and is mass producing it for the populous. If this is the nicked oxford vaccine then hopefully will be ok (and guess they are going to do "phase 4" trials for us ?‍♂️)

I think they are pushing it as from what gather the medical facilities are still struggling with caseloads so want to get some form of herd immunity before winter.

The dutch health department just live-streamed a briefing that was presented to the governmental parties.
Significant rise of cases, due to younger people (20-40) not sticking to the rules of social distancing....HOWEVER, there are less and less people ending up in the hospital. National expert here says:
"The virus has evolved into a MILD variant. We cannot tell the difference anymore between the regular flu and covid19"

Imho this is groundbreaking news. This should result in ending all measures asap, opening up nightlife, allowing festivals etc. Perhaps with an age limit of 50. If the virus has indeed evolved into a milder variant and all signs point to it, the country should open up asap.

The virus is now so deadly...you have to be tested to see if you have it in your blood.

That defo is good news. Could they spread that milder less lethal version around the world so we can get this graph down? ?

Is the Dutch and English method of death counts the same? Could be great news and although it may not look good on that graph that could just be an indicator to how shit we have got it with the figures and counting in other factors of death as covid ..I hope there is merit in these posts as it has been spoken about how it could become lesser threat over time?

Do you have a link to an article / a source to back this up ?

Is it rammed mate?

Cornwall and North Devon worse than round us, with the exception of Salcombe and Exmouth further up the coast. But people wild camping overnight on even tiny National Trust tidal beaches for several days in a row last week and that's crazy as they're 2 miles from the nearest road along the sea. Nobody does a blo*dy thing about anything round here !

They need booting off, I presume its a trespass issue like with "Traveller" folk?

to be fair if you look when deaths are highest on that graph is actually when cases were far lower globally, which kinda supports the idea it is becoming milder? Or maybe we are becoming better at treating it and preventing deaths. Either way it appears to be becoming much less fatal globally, which can only be a good thing.
