a little update: even if yesterday it was still open as lola's with house world, it opens as soap tonight!!

what a stupidstupidstupid idea to change the name
of one of ibiza oldest clubs (or is lolas even THE oldest club )

the bar amargo in sa penya (lately turned from a gay bar to a rock bar and known in the past, among other names, as the farting monkey ! ! ) is for lease or sale

so lets see what happened with some other places mentioned here during the last months.....

lots of places for lease at the moment, for example: the bar wauna's in c. d'enmig 9 (next to the new atmoz)

wauna's havent been leased. its already open, still managed by the same unfriendly dude!!

Tsss Macky a little bird told me that they will be back on another location because this one was to small.

tsssk tsssk, wimpie..... ..... a little birdie tells me that there will be no more atmoz, at least for now!!

the old atmoz, now el patio:

sgt peppers havent been sold. it reopens this wednesday, still managed by stewart!!

the hotel/restaurant la ventana in dalt vila should be open too but is not..... as you might know its owner died this summer!!

taken from gayibiza's newsletter: ‘La Ventana’ is now owned by Pepita and family (of Navila, El Portalon and Ca’n den Parra). The hotel is being managed by Sam, last year’s general manager from Anfora.

‘Bar Red’, after a reasonable effort (of three years?) has closed with no new owners officially announced. Some say it is to become apartments… Some that it is reopening with a more relaxing terrace, in keeping with its location…

‘Capricho’ hitched up their frock and ran for it at the end of last summer. The venue looks set to stay closed this next summer, as an extensive interior refit is required (so if you are looking to rent a bar in Ibiza).

‘Gorgeous’ is apparently moving to LUCIFER, which now has something to do with GAYDAY.ES But what we are not sure… Strangely I think that this is where it started.

even if seems like space has its line-up of parties ready for the summer i wouldnt be surprised if theres the addition during the next weeks of a promoter who was at el pene last year.......... tut tut!!

they havent signed anything yet but if nothing changes..........

some days ago i noticed that on the huge screen they have on the terrace they are showing cafe del mar videos all the time..... ..... but yesterday i did read in diario de ibiza that the new cafe del sol is actually owned by ramón guiral, co-owner of cafe del mar!!
