Seriously, Chew, The Tories believe that Rob is less of person than you or I, that he shouldn't have the same basic rights as us.
You are willing to support that?
I do believe that every person on the planet should have the same rights to be treated equally regardless of race, gender, sexuality, class, or whatever it maybe.
What I dont believe in is just because someone has different beliefs, that they're not entitled to their own views (potty weird or whatever).
Is easy for you to say to Rob that there's no hint of Nazi style oppression. If they wanted to sterilise YOU to stop you bringing you up kids, would feel oppressed then? It's no different from them refusing gay couples adoption rights.
I believe, that all types of couples should be allowed to adopt children, so long as they're prove that they're fit enough to do so. Children's welfare MUST come first.
Chewie, that would be a fair comment had you not spent the last four years on here blaming everything you were unhappy about on Labour.
It cuts both ways, see...
Mark, theres a difference to what a Government HAS done, and what one COULD do.
This election is more about who do people trust the most. Labour, with Brown, who's record we can all see, or Cameron and Clegg - who knows what either of them 2 turn out like, we'll find out in 5 years time whoever the public decide.
Anyway, moaning about 13years of New Labour is the new moaning about 11years of Thatcher.
INTREST RATES RISES - with the base rate at 0.5%, it doesnt take a genius to work out theyre gonna go up. question is by how much. I very much doubt we'll see anything over 5% - so back to where we were 3years ago.
CHILD TAX CREDITS - Only for families who earn £50k or less.
INHERITANCE TAX RELIEF FOR THE RICHEST PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY -
NO MORE NHS - "Increase health spending in real terms every year to 2015" - hardly worth spending that much on something you think they would get rid of.
MORE UNEMPLOYMENT - see below, note how unemployment peaks at each recession - and still half a million more than 1997.
any more questions?
