Mm im going around this time too and had a look at a long term forecast which doesn’t look good for these dates. How accurate the forecast can be so far in advance is the question

It's not accurate at all, late September weather is volatile and unless the area is under a large anti-cyclone (high pressure) which means settled warm/dry weather for a good few days then otherwise it's low pressure where storms can develop within hours - and go just as quickly.

Best time to look in advance is - like the UK - , two days ahead (but be prepared for it to change quickly like, er, the UK!).

Busy but not packed. There was some space on the beach but hardly anybody on the rocks.

I love Stivi for his always positive mood, I'm already back in the hotel before Kraftwerk because I did not want to be sick for the rest of the holiday,

today was a strange one as EVERY app and weather service said ‚sunny‘ even when it was grey the whole day long. even aemet had it wrong :/ afraid now that the excellent predictions for the next days might be wrong too..

sun is back and super warm - perfect weather right now. a few clouds every now and then, but nothing major. saturday might a bit cloudier and maybe a few drops, but long term forecast gives a lot of sun for the remainder of september!

perfect late summer weather this week and until sunday. great for hikes and still warm enough for the beach (and definitely still warm enough to swim).

anyone coming to the island next week though should bring a raincoat. autumn is on the way and it looks pretty certain that we'll get wet next week.

We have had excellent weather.
