the crowd just went absolutely crazy and he was luvin it hehe
 
ones that comes to mind straight away are;

Sasha - Xpander (and all the bootleg versions) in the courtyard :P
Oakey- Bullet in the gun - courtyard and millenium eve
Oakey- Silence (tiesto remix) - creamfields 2000
PVD - for an angel - amnesia

All trance ones there!

Best crowd reaction to a DJ set was when Alfredo played Niche in Sheffield many moons ago 8O
 
Last weekend when I saw Groove Armada, the MC kept teasing the crowd with the vocal to 'Final Shakedown' then eventually that funky bassline came in and everyone was jumping up and down on each other shoulders, quality moment! :D
 
DJ Gee dropping in LAdy back in after playying it twice in a row ... He played it once, everybody was singing along ... mixed it in the second time and just lets it play .. then he stops and every body goes nuts ... and then he starts back over from the beginning .. woehoe ...
 
Way too many tracks to be mentioned here, but if seeking in recent memory i would have to say when Fatboy Slim dropped 'Love Is In The Air' on Sundays @ Space closing party!

how did you guess,if only it came on earlier cos after we walked out we made our way up to the station to go up to london but missed the last train by seconds :(

i was there on friday night on the 'dj' played it then as well.....unfourtunately i couldn't walk out.
