Ibiza. The country where it's acceptable to be a man and dress as a woman. Nobody will batt an eyelid. Thats what I love about Ibiza. Anything goes! The people that go to Ibiza would never make fun of someone's dress sense.

I love vests, think they look well cool.

Oh dear ... that's probably me out then. Quick trips to the nearest hotel loos to rinse off excess salt and sand in the sink after 2 days on the lash and beach hopping probably isn't enough for Pacha by the looks of that ! No seriously, I wouldn't go there without going home to clean and smarten myself up a bit first.... assuming I have a "home" to go to !!! It's not that sort of place. In any event, I only ever go there if I'm with out with a girl - not really the sort of place blokes on their own would opt for as a first choice. Well not me anyway.

Space is much more easy going - and I think they sell their own branded vests .. if I'm not very much mistaken. Sankeys was vest central last year - especially on a Tuesday. And it was absolutely fine.

I don't tend to wear vests. Either go topless or wear a t-shirt/polo type casual shirt. One or the other. But I think they look fine on most people in Ibiza.

Never been in Pacha and not really tempted, either by the line-ups, the prices, or the 'VIP reputation'. Went to the one in Majorca and it weren't any better than your average townie club. :spank:

Pacha Ibiza has its own atmosphere and upstairs can be nice - pretty old school actually, rather quaint and just smarter than most places on the whole (but for those who remember the old days people did actually used to dress up almost everywhere in the bigger clubs far more so than nowadays (Ku .. ahem ...) ....... shorts and vests everywhere you go is a (relatively) modern phenomenon. The other Pachas are just franchises. You have to get into a different mindset going there to some extent - a bit of kitsch comes with the package.

Only sober people are allowed to enter Pacha? OMG what a joke. It is mega expensive to buy drinks in there. Never be able to get drunk and enjoy myself.

Last time I went to Pacha was about four years ago, it was a struggle to move about in there with everyone just standing around on the dance floor. Not been back since.

Last time I went to Pacha and had a good night was in 07 to Renaissance I think although I was wrecked beyond the door policy so that might have helped :) I'm contemplating Ushuiaia this year though because its something different. I only ever went before to the radio 1 2 years back because it was free. I didn't notice any VIP in there but I didn't stay long .. I'm hoping that ants free ticket thing comes through so then if I don't like it I can leave.

I really don't get dress codes in clubs though what are they for? They don't serve a purpose

If I owned a club, I'd have the one rule, and that'd be no swimwear unless it's a water/foam party. I always wear a t-shirt, cargo shorts and trainers, never had any entry problems with that.

If I owned a club the only rules would be no attitude and no standing on the dance floor :)

I would also say no dress code, as such, but be prepared to not get in if my bouncers dont approve of your attire  they will be highly trained in what i call 'acceptable' and what isnt lol hahaha fashion police bouncers 8)
