Lineup is pretty poor for me, and have an early flight the next day.
Was originally going to stay out there only til Thursday 10th, with Transcend hosting a night in the West End on the 9th.
Decided to push flights back to 11th so we can actually party a bit harder after Transcend. :lol:
 
Great topic!! Brilliant variety of "always" had. We always stay in Garbi Hotel, always rent a car to find different beaches each year, always take in a San An sunset , always go for just a couple beers in Father jacks and end up in Sankeys till all hours bunched, always feel sad leaving in the airport

Swimming off the ledge near what was sunsea bar, now Palm beach.
Club sandwiches at itaca.
 
Always a boat trip, either water taxi or organised, don't care as long as we get on the wet stuff.

Visit for lunch at paygo paygo

Catch the bus somewhere

Night at Sankeys

Have a Chinese at the place on figuretes seafront
 
Always get the water taxi over from the Bay to San An, great atmosphere and top way to start the night.

Always have at least one evening from dusk till dark chilling at Cafe Mambo, sipping Strawberry Daqs and generally recovering from all the abuse my body has been put through during the week haha!

Always purchase a small amount of high percentage absinthe from the local Supermarket as a way of putting a few (metaphorical) hairs on the chest during pre-drinks before a big night out
 
What a great question :D.

Based on past trips:
Go to Davids in San An
Itaca for pre drinks followed by Tropi
Go to Amnesia...the nights have varied but i've always been.
Always spend a day going for a long walk along starting off in San An and going West around the bay along the coast, enjoy just chilling out and taking in the sunshine.
A strawb daiquiri & chicken pitta for recovery at Ibiza Rocks.
 
when I still came on holiday here...

- sunsets at torre del pirata and at punta galera
- I think I always went at least once to amnesia and once to space (often more than that)
- always rented a car and went exploring
- almost always went to el carmen in cala d'hort for a paella
- ALWAYS drank lots of hierbas :)
 
Always walk down the strip down to Cala Gracia then back to sun sea bar as it reminds me of first trip...
Always visit mambo and Savannah sometimes later when it's chilled for a timeout
always hit itaca for grilled chicken (not sure why and it's usually only thing we eat)
Always got to PDB at least once
 
Always go and watch sunset from the rocks by mambo with a few beers. Always go to la troya and always go to amnesia. Always take a walk around the boats in ibiza town and walk up into Dalt Vila. Stop for a drink on the street of the virgin. Drink a vodka fanta lemon. We always by a bag of pistachio nuts and prince biscuits.
 
We always arrive late Saturday/early Sunday so always do Bora Bora on the Sunday, always eat at least once in Davids, the curry club, ibiza rocks ( ribs & chicken pitta hard to beat for price) see as many sunsets as possible at sunset strip.

Always never stick to our plan lol but its only a rough plan anyway so just go with the flow depending on how we feel, was having doubts whether to go or not this year, but being on here & seeing Mambo opening videos is convincing me to go. Question is 2 weeks in July or week in July week in September?

And me...i promised the wife it won't happen this year, but I can already sense it's going to happen...I can feel it in the waters.... Here is my list:

1) Walk along to Sands, get pissed off at the waiters ignoring us and then leave complaining at the prices

2) Go to the little off licence next to the Sirenis Club Goleta which has a awesome range of spirits and get stocked up

3) Have a frozen cocktail at ibiza rocks diner and laugh at the mrs when she gets an ice cream headache, only to get one myself...

4) Head to bora bora on the first afternoon, saying "we'll just pop in for an hour" as our friends arrive the next day and then end up staying until midnight and heading too space (just to see what's going on) and getting home at 6am.

Good times.
 
Thought I'd add on some 'serious' things we do as well:

- Always visit the cliff just above Es Vedra and watch the sunset (proposed there...)
- Always watch a sunset at Mambos and catch up with bysie
- Always find an impromptu daytime party which becomes the best night of the holiday
- Always take a couple of trips to Sa Trinxa
- Always try to make it along to Sa Caleta for a paella
 
since my first trip in ibiza (1994) i always:

-have a coffe on the montesol terrace the first morning
-eat local fishes at balanzat restaurant(san miguel port) for the first lunch
-have a fantastic dinner at la luna nell' orto for the first evennig
-be totally out of space with my ibicenco's friends in Portinatx for the first night
-be sick the second morning of my trip and say:"never ever"

- Skinny Kitchen for ANYTHING on their menu
- Post-Gig Pikes Party
- Sunset at Cafe Mambo

- Amnesia at LEAST once
- Funky Room at Pacha
- Tapas Tapas

Always pre drink round the west end
Always walk around the bay and down to the west end in the day have a mooch around
Always buy souvenirs for back home
Always get tobacco for back home
Always visit mambos for sunset
Always (try) to visit new restraunts that are reccomended on here
Always go in September (but wont be for many years)
Always have paella, tapas
Always feel like death on the way back
