Have you tried Essaouira @Snowy ?

Not yet. Too many places to visit, not enough holiday.

The furthest we go up the coast was to Imsouane, which has Africa's longest right hand wave.

I can confirm it was wasted on me. I was one of those guys taking up space on the line-up, only to get trashed by waves and swept away by the current.

Had some veins removed from my leg this morning, so I guess when the pain or bruising starts to make things uncomfortable it's going to be a boring weekend

If not...
Sat - son plays football at 9am (hoping to take a deck chair). I have a ticket for FA Cup last 16 game at Preston, biggish match but realistically I cant go if I plan to WFH next week - I have a 2 week sicknote but that's not me, been doing work today from hospital.

Sun - lunch somewhere

Mostly going to be booking holidays, April half term and researching the hell out of Burning Man after buying a ticket the other day.

Park run with the Mrs and kids this morning then Worked in the kitchen all day today, local boozer for a few tonight, probably be messier than necessary. Pickleball with Mrs in the morning followed by mums for lunch and then wine and fa cup on the sofa for a nice Sunday evening.

Usual winter Saturday, lazy morning, dog walk then it’s pub for food and pool tonight.

Finally enjoying a relaxed weekend at home (spent the previous 4 weekends in ). It's kinda cold here in Germany

Friday: monthly online drinking session with American drinking buddies on zoom (a habit kept from covid days).
Saturday: sleeping off the hangover, housekeeping
Sunday: will go hiking, weather permitting

Friday - away from desk early for 1pm is train Manchester for a good mate's stag. We start in an Oasis themed bar in Afflecks before dinner and stumbling around in some place in Deansgate.

Saturday - Bongo's Bingo at Albert Hall, then Revs de Cuba for dinner and stumbling

Sunday - train of joy and the Arsenal game somewhere when we land in London

Plane to Manchester early doors just me and the mrs.
A hike to the three shires head in the Peak District for a fresh water swim tomorrow with a pub lunch, then a night out drinking and perhaps see some live music.
Saturday food, beer, shopping, food, massage, beers, shopping and then Albert hall for La discotheque later on.
Sunday hangover attempt at the cube (any reviews?) more beers/wine and chill until evening airplane home back to bedlam.

Not a lot going on this weekend really.

Saturday is a group walk with Mr Dog, let him off the lead to run round like a nutcase with some dog based friends. Wales v Scotland at 4.30- had looked at going up and down in a day, but the flight prices jumped up annoyingly.

Then Sunday, I really should get started on my MBA final dissertation thingy. Want to get it cracked through as soon as possible really, ideally before Glastonbury, but have to do some research which involves talking to real people, eugh. 8,000 words of absolute balls needed- 100 words a day between now and Worthy Farm- sounds easy, right? RIGHT.........?!
