I had a quick look at one of these sites. Think you'll be OK. To be honest the airport was a nightmare without spring break in Feb... 2hour wait, no direction or queues until you hit the snake lines. You might catch a few schools with late breaks, but you should be past the vast majority

Cancun however is crazy busy right now even after spring break so tons of people and prob take a while like an hour to get through customs at the airport.

To be fair they flew a load of extra custom officers in recently, about 50 or something because of how busy it has been.

you'll be fine. Immigration can be a little slow sometimes, but that's just Mexico. lol
