Thoroughly agree with you..... since cutting out carbs past 6.00pm that's all I can be arsed to cook when I get in - kept a stone off since Jan. AND it doesnt feel like a diet because all that veg fills you up!!

I get home at about 6.30pm each night, normally I start cooking then, and most nights dont actually finish my meal until gone 8pm/ Obviously that food is going to be lying on my stomach all night, and not digesting. Being having it with chicken or tuna steak and some roasted Butternut Squash on the side.
