My long lost 6-pack is almost back too.

Stir frys are great as they're so quick and easy to make too, always a part of my pre holiday regime!!

STOP EATING!!!

That's actually incorrect.

By stopping eating, the body goes into defence mode and stores more fat.

So .... GET EATING!

Thoroughly agree with you..... since cutting out carbs past 6.00pm that's all I can be arsed to cook when I get in - kept a stone off since Jan. AND it doesnt feel like a diet because all that veg fills you up!!

I too am cultivating a nice little stomach, when you combine it all with squash and 200 sit ups every night .... ;)

Good for you!

I've been doing 3 days weights and a couple of cardio in gym each week as well as gym ball crunches/leg raises at home each night.

PL, what do you eat then in the evenings? I get home at about 6.30pm each night, normally I start cooking then, and most nights dont actually finish my meal until gone 8pm/ Obviously that food is going to be lying on my stomach all night, and not digesting. I just dont know what to do, short of not eating in the evenings at all :?

Mixed veg sil, such as, bean shoots/sprouts, brocolli, mange tout, onions etc, and you can mix it with meat, chicken etc

Have a light dinner then.
As a good spaniard, I never start dinner before 9 - 9,30. We usually have a big dish of veggies, salads, home made veggie cream, a big portion of pineapple with jamón serrano (it sounds weird but it's best in the world) and things like this. :D

what's stir fry please

Chinese style, quick fried in a wok yum yum yum :)

We buy ready made ones, but often throw in a load of Spinach and other veg to bulk it up.

Being having it with chicken or tuna steak and some roasted Butternut Squash on the side.

I'm feeling peckish now.

Of course, dancing for 20 hours and not eating between Friday lunchtime and Sunday night seems to work pretty well too
