The footy !!

Apperently Gary Glitter is up for being the new manager at Aston Villa after he heard the strikers were Young, Bent and possibly Keane

Rent a gob at it this morning again.

P1ss of Redknapp you helmet.

I didn't want to go to the Olympic stadium but if stops the old four by twos coming into the manor then i will be there with bells. So well done Arry you changed my vote.

Be honest I am not sure if Tottenham really want it but maybe using it to scare the ocuncil into granting them permission to expand their own ground. However they have brought out the big guns to assist in their bid Beckham and AEG. Plus some other spin doctors so they must be taken very seriously.

Tax payers money has built the stadium for the Olympics and they want to smash it up and build their own. They have offered to build a new athletics stadium as a sweetner at Crystal Palace but why don't they just go and move there and take twitchy with them. Besides when was the Olympics just about athletics?

Tottenham well the media are coming out with nonsense like they have over 30,000 on a waiting list for season tickets which is a myth (bit like West Ham always play good football) and they are actually using their club members list to bump it up. Some bloke was apparently number 27,000 in the list and got a call offering him a season ticket, so what happened to the other 26,999 in the queue?

I also like the way Arry in his 'column' which was two pages says West Ham fans no longer like him since taking over at Tottenham. Eau contraire Henry you have not been liked for a lot longer, actually when you was in charge of West Ham some would say. Perhaps even when you shafted your 'best mate' Billy Bonds MBE in the back who you were best man at his wedding. Perhaps when you blew West Ham's biggest transfer budget on Titti Camara, Rigobert song etc and taking 300k for yourself out of the deal and using your chum Willie McKay as the agent who in return gave yo a race horse. How lovely. Anyway enough of him.

Thing is that stadium has the 'potential' to be a huge cash cow being so near to the city and also Canary Wharf and decent transport links. But so much work still needs to be done on the actual stadium. It has no corporate facilities and no proper bogs! Where will everyone go for a sniff and salmon at half time? Also who really wants to watch football with a running track in the way?

Ideally both clubs getting planning permission to extend their own grounds would be perfect as they are both still proper football stadiums. I actually don't mind going over Tottenham as you get an atmosphere there.

Can West Ham fill it? No not yet maybe one day if the prices are right and most importantly we have a decent team on the park which is about 100 years away. We are not selling out when it is kids for a quid so it will be a struggle.

Do we want it? Dunno I change my mind daily, even more so since the Spurs interest.

Do we want Spurs having it? No funking way. They would slowly be taking the future support from West Ham.

Who will 'they' give it to? Well if they are going on about legacy then has to be West Ham. However as we saw with the world cup bid money talks. West Ham are run by a could of porn barons who I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw.

Besides everyone knows only Arsenal and their dodgy dealings can move a club across London then rename a tube station to pretend they have always come from there.

Anyway it's all about the Carling Cup. I can't wait to see our sorry bunch **** themselves in front of a hostile St Andrews. I will be there with bells on (again). 10.30 train up there. Pissed and asleep by lunchtime.

Say what you like about your lot Liam, but I'd go there again for the pre-match roast dinner in the Legends restaurant. Very nice indeed. You should make the chef club captain!:D

However, stay away from the pie, liquor (green gravy?!) & mash at the place with the long line out front (Nathan's?). That meal will sit in the bottom of your stomach like a rock for hours.

On a separate note, did you see this MWG?

I always eat at a Pie and Mash shop one further down the Barking road and its excellent even has bread pudding made by him mum on the menu! Just like my Gran used to make!

That like is a massive if i didnt laugh id cry moment! Im not that taken with the way Grant has us playing but the way the P0rnographers are leaking all this stuff to the press grinds my gears!

Oh to add insult to injury I have been sent a leaked document of the west Ham wage bill that tells me we are paying Dyer 70k a week for his 30 odd appearances since August 07 and fat boy Benni McCarthy 36K a week so eat pies!

I do want to try the whole West Ham/East London pie & mash experience again... just not Nathan's. The place is like a conveyor belt and quality suffers. Worst mash ever. Liquor tasted like... well... hard to describe but it was not good! At least the pie was edible. I'll have to get an address from you next time I'm there.

We have actually been quite lucky as we have managed to recoup a chunk of Wayne Bridge's wages by sending clips of his debut into You've Been Framed.

Chelsea's Bosingwa has had his automatic 1-year extension invoked, so you can strike him off the list.

I'd take Friedel or Hahnemann as Cech's back-up if Hilario leaves :D (all hail the American keepers!) or have Cudicini back.

Lets set up a spotlight team with the freebies below. Good Suqad on paper that !!

Read today that Friedel is bankrupt.

I'd flog Green in the summer and get Brad in for nothing. I could see Wenger or Twitchy sniffing round him actually.
