Ideally *day dreaming* Rooney to miss the rest of the season, therefore ruining the remainders of manures season and they dont win anything else. Then Rooney comes back nicely refreshed and rested and fully fit for the World cup

how good would that be.............and then..........carrying on......man city reach a swap deal which sees mancini and mourinho moving in opposite directions, with viera & touer and lucio & maicon doing the same!!

I do love how everyone hates Mourinho... until they think he could be their team's next manager!

Not meaning to wish the young lad pain or injury, but I wouldn't mind if Rooney is out until June 13!
(Chelsea win premiership, USA finish first in our group!

Mourinho is a fantastic manager. My only grievance with him is the way he got Porto to dive and cheat their way through the Uefa cup final against Celtic.

I'm not just saying this, but I really can only see him ever going to Manure or us. I think he actually has stated that he'd only ever manage two other English clubs after Chelsea, Us and them. I might be wrong, am I Morbs

I have never said that I hate Mourinho, I think he's great on all aspects, the only way i would hate him is if he replaced bacon face at the swamp!!

nothing to prove at manure however Liverpool and to the same extent City could be the kind of vanity project that would appeal to him!!

I must admit I did, until he left.
unbelievable wasn't it?? there was one bit where he layed on a shocking 5yd pass, that the city player (think it was VK) virtually had to break his neck to get to, he then got the ball back and immediately passed it into touch!!!!!!!!

the porto v celtic incident wasn't just a one off, it's the epitome of what you get with mourinho.
this quote from shankly explains why it would take a lot, and i mean A LOT, for me to accept him if he became manager at anfield.

the gamesmanship, the arrogance, the diving, the media games, the abuse to refs, his lapdog staff who are just as bad and the behaviour/attitude of some of the players whose careers he's been instrumental in progressing (deco, carvalho for example) is not what i want at my club.
if he comes, i'll accept the trophies. but if i had a choice, i'd rather not have him.
