The footy !!

I feel he will do really well up there.......

there's no reason why he shouldn't. He's defo a higher standard of player than your average SPL player.

However, i'm not too impressed with the signing. It's a short term (hopefull) fix to a shambolic season. To bring in 8 players and off-load 10 at this time of year is gonna cause a lot of disruption.Especially in a squad that was sturggling to settle under a new manager with players that had been playing together for 2 - 3 years.

I'm a big Spurs fan and used to love Keane but i'm not sorry to see him go. Didn't blame him for going to Liverpool in search of trophies but has not been half the player he was since returning. Think he needs to start most games, find his rhythm, he's not really suited to being used as an impact sub like some players.

Also, and i think more importantly, there is a clash of personalities between him and Redknapp. From everything i know, Keane is a massive force in the dressing room, and i don't think 'arry likes it one bit. When it emerged Keane had organised that piss up trip his days were numbered in my opinion...

Hope he does well up there though, i think he'll thrive in a slightly easier league.

Bit worried though for the rest of our season, Defoe and Crouch are a superb partnership, but if one of them gets injured we could have trouble. However, it looks like Pav is here til the end of the season, the guy has bags of potential, he just needs to do the talking on the pitch! Gudjohnsen (sp?!), i will wait to reserve judgement on, not sure how, or where Redknapp plans to play him, but we will see... He was good at Chelsea but not sure what his form is like now

part of the problem might be that Mowbray brought in Fortune in the summer as his man

then he added Rasmussen to the team and he already won a game for them

now he has effectively told those two - you ain't good enough, by taking on Kamara and Keane

Well certainly Fortune isn't good enough.

Kamara and Rasmussen we'll have to see what happens.

To be honest i'd have prefered Mowbay to sort out the defence before bringing a whole new strike force.

I see Wayne Bridge is refusing to play for England whilst John Terry remains captain. Let's hope he shags Emile Heskeys missus before the world cup

Ferdinand is to appeal his four match ban again:lol:

hope they slap him with another 2 matches, he's an arrogant cnut!!

 How very fookin arrogant, he could well miss his only chance of silverware if hes no careful, Villa would fancy their chances with no Rio

was reported in the MEN yesterday, very sad indeed, although the MEN got a major slagging off for trying to speak to Antoine only hours after he found out she was dead, and rightly so! fecking insensitive cnuts!!

MEN is the most appalling newspaper I have ever read.

As an aside going to Rio ferdinand's restaurant tonight. God only knows what I am letting myself in for - Cheshire WAG hell on earth no doubt!

Lets hope Fabio fooks him off on friday then, he really cant stay, can he :? :!:
Blah blah blah

Ian McGarry in the Sun for once in his feeble life wrote a decent commentary today. He spoke to 19 England internationals and 14 of them wanted Terry to stay as captain.

This national outrage, manufactured by the tabloids as revenge for being gagged for 2 weeks, will eventually blow over and he'll still be your best leader on the pitch where being captain actually means something.

In any case, I don't think JT did anything wrong because, tactically, every time a fullback leaves a hole, it is the job of the centre back to fill it...

I can't believe he's still got the job If you worked in a bank of office situation and slept with a colleagues girlfriend or wife , who was a friend of your wife and got her pregnant, do you think you would have to leave your job?

What gets me the most is if england go on to win the world cup and john terry doesn't resign the timeless image we all know of bobby moore being held on the teams shoulder whilst holdint the jules rimet, will be replaced with an image of him holding the trophy and he is in no way fit to do so.

The man (and i use the word man grudgingly) is not fit and does not deserve to be captain.
