The footy !!

This is getting really tedious now, stop mugging yourself and drop your little bone ffs!!

The simple fact is that all the big signings only joined Citeh for the money.

None joined because of a desire to play for Mark Hughes

Fact eh? why? because you say so?

oh well you clearly have a man on the inside then to know that so thats me done eh? how can i argue with that?

You know what, most of the grief we get re signing players and their motivation for joining us comes from scousers and its beginning to get a bit tiresome! whats your problem? is it because your team is imploding and you cant stand to see your once poorer near neighbours slowly eclipsing you and becoming one of the countrys top 4 clubs!! I do empathise with you, I have had to put up with mediocrity for most of my life and its not nice, but sticking one over the rags once or twice every few seasons does make it more pallatable!!

oh and if you want to reignite the debate about players who lack class

3 words.... Gary Fcuking Neville!!!!

Says it all

just been looking at city website and their daily run-down on all things 'city related' in the uk papers, lets just hope they do sign the player listed just for comedy value in shirt sales...

"On the incoming front, they cite Rennes right-back Rod Fanni as a target for both City and Sunderland. Headline writers at the red tops are watching that one with interest."

there is ages to go.....quite a few clubs could still win the league, many more could get in the top 4.

all the talk of "lose tonight and that's champions league over" is bollox, lowest common denominator, sensationalist journalism.

sadly, most people buy into it. same way we cannot do anything without torres and gerrard. it's got to the point where i've saw some spurs fans comparing gomes and reina, saying "reina is probably as good as gomes".

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

^^^ what he said.

Chelsea has already given the Premier League trophy and the bookies have paid out, if you read some of the stories that come out when we win. I feel confident, but there's still a long way to go and it's by no means a given. It'll be tight with Man U.

I think Arsenal will fade but they're making it very interesting right now. Who'd have thought last autumn that we'd be level on points by now? The press wrote Arsenal off several times.

The battle for 4th is even more entertaining with 4 teams...

Sorry Grego and Liam,

This is Maxi Rodriguez's reaction to his move to Liverpool in a press conference after seeing Liverpool v Reading..

;)

I thought the Argies were meant to be 'ard like  Nice to see he cares though. He'll fall even more in love with LFC mark my words, it gets in your blood.

.... so what of torres and gerrard when they move to join the Eastlands revolution in the Summer, will they be classless too? Liverpool at best now a top 6 side......deal with it!!!

And I thought you were half sensible, what a load of bollox.

I'll bet my wife and house NEITHER move there. If one or other did go it'd be to another country. But they wont go anyhow, not this season.

A dear friend of ours is good pals with a reporter called Dominic King from the liverpool Echo, he said recently that whenver he has met or interviewed Torres, Torres asks him as many questions as he does to Torres. He loves hearing about previous famous anfield nights, the history, the fans and the atmosphere. He really is loving it at anfield.

If Benitez was to go then maybe that might be different, but we cant afford to get rid, and why should we after one bad season ??

I will have a pony with you (£25) that one or the other will not be at Liverpool next season.

I can run it through your betfair a/c if you like....

I'll have that bet.
