Oh Terrys just said he didnt mean it. The player timed his run and backed into Terry. HAHA just like he wasnt racist when it was clear on Tele for everyone to see. I ****ing hate Terry and Chelsea!!

Hope Liverpool give them a 3rd pasting of the season next weekend in the Fa Cup!

I know verybody hates Terry but it really hurts not to have him playing in the final.

He deserves, more than any chelsea player, to win a champions league final medal.
 
Chelsea 10 man side win will cause Barca fans to go mad! There were friends of mine in Spain who were singing doom and gloom before the match.

Terry is a kn0b and should have been sent off, he is trying to say it was an accident, not a chance. He made his own bed and will miss the final because he was being stupid.:twisted:

Cesc went down real easy in the box, the feather must have been a heavy one to knock him down. Karma may have been the why Messi missed the PK???

Chelsea will be short handed for the final, which will make a win even tougher(not just Terry will be out).
 
SO if the Bank of Moscow wins the final, 4th place won't mean a spot in next year's tournament.

Could be tough on Spurs, Arsenal or Newcastle...
 
Congratulations to all the Chelski fans on here - I don't really have any love for your club but you're in the final on merit, that was a remarkable performance, especially after going down to 10 men.

Credit also to Barcelona's fans for showing a bit of class after being beaten in that manner (Catalan press aside).

Yeah, this seems a tad unfair, I only read about this the other day. It would be better to award an extra place to the league of the champions.

It will tough on one team, Arsenal can win out and stay in 3rd place on goal difference. A Chelsea lost would seal the deal.:lol:

Should be a good match tonight, I hope Real plays well. Things went from a chance of a all Spanish final to a chance of no Spanish teams in the final.

First of all congratulations to Morbyd, matt and bez.
An amazing defensive performance and probably deserved to go through based on that alone.

Which isn't to say we didn't deserve it either looking at the way we played and the chances we created.
I thought over the two legs we were actually pretty good in most areas apart from finishing, which is the most important part of football.

I keep going over Messi's penalty miss and the other chances we squandered over the two legs. He looked devastated after the game, i'm sure it will spur him on for next season.

I don't buy all this "Barca were poor because they don't have a plan B".
3 league titles, 2 CL, one spanish cup plus european supercups and world club cups.. all this since 2009 implies we don't really need it. Id rather stay as we are than having a plan b and sacrficing some of our usual style of play.

As for Di Matteo, do all the Chelsea fans really want him to stay on? I know he's done well up till now, but how much of it was luck and how much of it was tactical knowledge?

Its funny, it could end up being Chelsea's best ever season, and yet if they dont win the finals and end up 5th it could be their worst in over 10 years.

Come on Bayern tonight!! ;)

I have Spanish friends who are not happy that barca is out of the CL and probably won't win the league. I tell them they can't win all the time and the should be Real fans anyway.;)

Right now anything central is either booked or priced for extortion!

The Barca fans have not cancelled their rooms yet, by Monday more rooms will be available especially if Real loses.

Fair? On whom? The English Premier League team I assume you mean, which means they would go in at the expense of another nationality CHAMPIONS!!! :spank:

I'm sorry, I know the Champion's League is trying to present itself as the elite league - but it bothered me enough when they started allowing 3rd place in the EPL a qualifying spot. Now third get straight and even our FORTH best time is able to qualify, and at the latter stages no less, when some nation's champions face rounds and rounds of qualifiers.

Yet again it is the sponsors fault, their greed, along with the fickle fans who can not see the woods from the trees.

It the same effect Sky's monopoly and the Premiership has had on English football - bludgeoning our lower leagues and destroying grass roots. When will it end?

It is at the detriment of all us lower league fans.

And if you support England, then to the detriment of our national team as well.
