Sadly yes it looks like. Had some cracking days out at different grounds but some of the football has been dire. Safety first approach. Don't get me wrong it's been a while since we played good football but strewth what they are serving up under old Gorilla Head is not us purists.

Have I missed anything round here? Been over recently?

All is well, aside from freezing my butt off out here.

Would love another chance to head over to the Boleyn Ground before you move. Only place where I've sat both up high in the director's box and down low in the away end with my head at the height of the player's ankles :lol: (also nearly had my head removed by an errant ball :confused: :lol:)

Not been over for a while. Need to get off it and organize a long-overdue visit.

Never thought I'd hear myself saying this but we'd have him back in a second! You know things are bad when Allardyce is a far better option than our current pin-headed, clueless numpty:evil:

I see, didn't realise.

Great match in Barcelona yesterday, Barca were pretty poor and yet still managed to knock out the best Madrid I've seen for a while.

What a goal from alves.. amazing

ouch salt in the wound, The ref made some mistakes Madrid played well. I would like to see at match at Nou camp when no one is sent off. I not saying it was cheating but Barca got some home cooking. The first leg of the tie Madrid played too defensively that cost them the cup.
 
Arsenal looked fragile in their FA cup win. The only bright spot was Ox looking like a star on the come. He should get a try on the national team not just the under 20.
 
They're crying out for a "hard man" in the middle. Have been for years since Vieira left. Ox looks a superb prospect, gutted my beloved Chelsea missed out as we always seem to.

Apparently we've signed K. De Bruyne from Genk for under 7mil and he will arrive in the summer - Not excited at all despite the hype around him he looked sub-par against us in the Champions League twice. Do quite like the fact Hazard has been hotly tipped to come our way but just don't see it happening :( Think he's a superb little player.

This also has to go down as one of the most boring January transfer windows in a long time.

Mourinho being linked with a return back to England - I can only see him going to City myself. Have a feeling they may chop Mancini even if he does win the league and install Mourinho. Time will tell! :evil:
 
Ya, I'm not sure about De Bruyne either. One for the future, they say. He's young at 20 so who knows?

Problem is our transfer policy is just so shoddy. He's been bought, left at Genk Til May, and is then going out on Loan again next season apparently. Absolutely ridiculous. Despite Romans millions we are still a very poorly run club - some things perhaps aren't meant to change! At least Ken Bates is no longer at the helm! :D sorry Leeds fans!
