Just wondering , if the first floor is all VIP ( red box and première étage ) the salon all VIP also ! will they also have VIP zone in the discoteca or will they leave it for clubbers ?
and what about the terraza?

Will maybe be legendary as well but very different !
For me space was legendary till end of 2004 ! In 2005 they covered the terraza and 2008 stop opening from 8am ! I loved that time but time as changed , world has change ! In the past the people coming and also living on the island were very different , smartphone didn't exist , the list goes on and on !
We are in 2017 and we need to keep the memories in our heart forever but also live in the present and enjoy it !
 
The front of Hi looks pretty lackluster imo. Maybe they'll do more with it over time, but I mean they really didn't do anything except put in new paving stones and a few trees. I don't understand what the point of that space is at all.
 
Does looks proper dull from outside, But maybe thats what they want you to think and then when you walk in it's like wow....

It's a night club so maybe it'll come alive at night.
I'd expect it to be shiney and sparkly when the sun goes down. Maybe lol

for those not getting the point - imported olive trees from the mainland are the reason as to why ibiza now has a huge snake plague. until a few years ago, ibiza was 100% snake free. the island's fauna originally never included snakes. but as lots of villa owner wanted to have olive trees they imported them from the mainland and obviously on the mainland there are lots of snakes (the snakes are hiding inside the tree trunks). now...here on the island there are zero natural enemies for the snakes and so they breed massively...and eat our lizards. scientists guess that within a few years the lizards might be gone.

so this thing isn't aimed against hï, but generally the island should embargo getting more and more olive trees on the island.

Thanks for this knowledge. I never knew. I seen a large snake last week in Sicily lots of olive trees and lizards in the resort so I guess it wasn't the only snake around

WOW, people are using any excuse to bash this place.

Its a club, who cares what it likes from the outside. As long as the music is good and theres a decent atmosphere, who cares??

I'm not bashing, just my thoughts on the only pictures so far. I don't really understand what that space is going to be used for, maybe when it's all set up it will make more sense.

Sorry I don't know if I'm not getting something but what are you on about saying you 'don't really understand what the space is going to be used for'? Its an open area in front of a club? When it was Space it was just a car park (still just a big open space) and amnesia has the same! What did you expect them to bring the new club 100 yards forward just so its not there?

There is a large space in front of the club. They could have done a million things with it, use some imagination. It doesn't really look like cars can go there anymore, so all they really did to the old parking lot is give it a new color, put some trees, and no longer allow cars to park there. I don't really care, I just thought it was underwhelming for a business that has the money to build whatever they want.

building something new would have meant changing the permits and that's what they wanted to avoid...they had to avoid this, because else they wouldn't have gotten it ready in time for this year.

I personally am not wowed by the space in front of the club neither, but I do think it's nicer that there isn't a parking lot straight in front of the entrance anymore. it's not something that bothered me previously, but I do prefer it now without cars in front.
 
Out of interest... Where do all the cars park now!??! Is the road gonna be bumper-to-bumper in both directions?!?!

Also, what is the capacity for the place and how many thousands of extra walking cash machines do people think they'll squeeze in!??!

Also, is that the end of the car park being used out the back then?? Also, every year they have the Opening party, it's gonna be the Birthday party as well on the same date... How long before the do what the Queen does, and have a 2nd birthday?? $$$$

don't know about capacity or cash machines.

the car park is now both behind the venue and to the right on the field that last year already was used as car park. not sure if that field gets paved soon?

I was more trying to make the point that Matutues will be treating everyone like a cash machine... i.e. Taking all their money...
