Sunsets - how do you "do" them?

Believe me the sunset is the same everywhere every evening when it's sunny we go and sit in our garden with a glass of wine til it gets dark, but Ive never felt the need to sit and clap at it Some ppl need to get out more if the highlight of their lives is clapping at a sunset

The sunset IS NOT the same everywhere!

And it's not a case of 'getting out more' Barbie just sometimes it's good to appreciate natural and beautiful things instead of being in a man-made concrete club with man-made sounds on man-made drugs.

We go and watch loads of sunsets and sunrises in Ibiza, just don't feel the need to go watch them on the sunset strip with the clapping seals

Yes, probalby are different in Canada or in Alaska but trust me, travel around the mediterranean and you'll see that it's not that different. Or probably yes, probably are much better in Formentera

Sunrises are what its all about

And at least the sun rises on the decent side of the island

And you can watch it without fear or 1000 pissed up wankers clapping and cheering like the moronic crowd following sheep they are

Barbie dont talk tosh the sunset in your london garden looks nothing like the sunset from calo des moro

N8 sunrises are cool too and not everybody who goes to the strip falls into your generalisation.

If you like cafe del mar I may see you there and we can clap together or otherwise I may see you at kumharas when we have a night off clapping.

true Stuie, I just dont get why peeps can get mad or "hate" something that´s very happy and cheerful.

Sure the sun is the same all around the world, but it seems to me it´s more celebrated in Ibiza and tradition. Some like traditions some don´t and sure Silvia - I don´t have the copyright on how to celebrate anything, BUT PLEASE: just don´t go saying things for the sake of just saying them in order to be opposite/negative. Yes the sun sets beautifully all around the meditteranian and maybe you´re being cynical or oblivious to its beauty - because you are lucky enuff to watch that sunset every day from where you live....

In denmark we have 3 months of decent weather, the rest of the time it rains, it´s cold and the sun´s not out - so you bet that every fibre in me is jumping with joy when I ´m watching that sunset on the strip with mutual buddies who embrace it and is just as positive about it as I am.
