there's a long list of bylaws not being enforced, that's one of them... the amount of money they could make if, for example, they fined every person not picking the excrements of their dogs is unbelievable.

"golden mile" is how DDI called it, i don't know anybody who actually calls it that way...

did they hire the same "experts" responsible for the traditional flooding
of ibiza´s highway tunnels ?

As for the entertainment the Saudi prince took an easy decision. As the super clubs are all closed and only Pacha remains open, he rented the entire club for him and his entourage for a complete week.
