Not at all! They have their 'classics' but play whatever they want and always surprise and play something you've never heard before. The Black Rabbit Whorehouse they do is mainly micro house so completely different again. You should definitely give it a go.

They couldn't be more different to 2 Many Djs and their ethos!

Btw, don't worry about the cd. I've got the tracks downloaded anyway.
 
I planned my passout around seeing the bigger names start to play around 5:30, got back in really quick around 6 (was pulled from the back of the line and thrown in actually)... I knew any time after 6:30 it was going to get a little crazy because the big dj's were coming on, so really I think common sense should be used especially when the event is the OPENING OF SPACE... You knew the line was going to get outrageous (at least I did). I feel bad that people had a bad time because the opening this year could not have been much better for me... Hey, there is always next year;)

you are right about that. I thought DC-10 circo loco the next day was way worse in the safety category though... I tried to not think about that stuff at the time (like a horse with blinders)

I have so much fun at Space opening ..... I have meet so many nice people at the parking place ........ the music was wonderful ....... yes, it was too busy ....... but I like it ....... the party was brilliant :twisted: :lol:

Youre telling me!!!!! :eek: Thats one of the reasons I made sure I was near a wall and an exit in the outdoor terrace bit! Amazing place, completely mental allbeit slightly unsafe! :rolleyes:

To xpand on that Wimpers....i think i know what your are saying.....i LOVE big tunes...but i've heard some underground crackers as well.....i believe that there are s*** big tunes and s*** unknown/underground tunes as well.

When i was at WLS on the old terrace in '04 i heard the most amazing balearic house at 3pm you could ever hear. I didn't know any of the tunes, but they were amazing (to me). I also loved the 'big tunes' they played (ie. Flashback by Max Linen dropped by Lawler).

Space is just an overall amazing club w/ diversity in people and music tastes for all - so there is something for everyone. Good thing is if you don't like it there are 3-4 other rooms that will probably be playing what you like! :)
