Two tunes that I remember are:
Shiny Disco Balls and The Inside by Shawnee Taylor & Jose Nunez.
The Inside was played at Bar M before I went onto Godskitchen, and I was amazed when the stilt walker was dancing (actual dancing lifting their feet etc...) to it, and it was played at Godskitchen later on as well.
Godskitchen Encore went berserk when Shiny Disco Balls came on - the atmosphere it created gave me an energy surge like nothing else.
That was something I loved about Ibiza - every so often I'd get a rush of energy and euphoria as I thought life was just so good at that moment.
