Sant Josep Town Council has launched a campaign to revise the entertainment of the town and has already met with some "surprises" as establishments that operate without any license.
As explained by the Deputy Mayor and Councillor of Interior, Paquita Ribas,
they are preparing several orders of closing.
"You can be licensed restaurant and coffee making concert,
but if you do not have permission to either one thing or another they to have to close,"
said Ribas, who did not think there was "people who dared to work with no license ' . The councilor explained that there are several local affected and "not all beach clubs',
as some are not on the beach.
The councilor would not specify the number or the names of these premises,
but are trying to move fast to publicize the sooner this season and create a "deterrent effect.
"This week, the Leisure Association of Ibiza (Blue Marlin, Ushuaia, Bora Bora and DC-10) and the Association of nightclubs and discos de Balears (Pacha, Space, Amnesia, Privilege and Eden) accused each other of violations on schedules, noise and traffic counts.
