I don't think Javier is as popular with the current San An politicians as he was with the previous one's
I agree, things are getting a little out of hand with the new government agenda on the Island. As usual, old scores are been settled first and personal agendas are been put ahead of the Islands best interest.
There has to be a balance achieved between the locals rightly wanting a good environment to live in, and the buisness leaders wanting to make money and bring jobs to the Island.
From what I remember back in the early 90's, locals were very happy to put up with 3 months of noise and partying to all hours ,as long as the rest of the year was quiet.
