The AI ban seems silly too. Do that mean people other than families even go to AI in Ibiza? Most AI’s are 4*+, which I imagine wouldn’t appeal price wise to the “lager louts” they seem to have in the cross hairs.
no but ask yourself why many people think ibiza town is much quieter these days. I see a clear connection there
Sounds worse back then.
Pre MDMA days.
i was watching the news on the local tv and remembered your post when the presenter said something like "the government don't want the numbers to continue growing but to attract higher quality tourists by offering them better services".is that what the authorities want, to reduce some of the visitor numbers?
Getting high and jumping off balconies or something along them lines? Guessing that’s another death as well?
Having dealt with this shit myself while I was there - one surviving and one not - I sometimes try and figure out why people go so ridiculously overboard just because they're on holiday. I don't think it's a case of people having dodgy drugs, but the lack of self-control when taking them. It's really sad to hear and read about - and I feel terrible for the hotel staff that have to deal with the aftermath
the consul Lloyd Millen said 'balconing' happens because Brits are 'not used' to having balconies!
