PIKES 2022

We haven’t even booked up to visit this summer yet but i’ve just booked a table at Pamalas for this date just incase:lol:

I know it’s been asked many times but does eating at Pamalas guarantee entry to Freddies? Or is it ticketed separately
@W_I_C ?

I’ve got a 4pm booking for Sunday roast in September and the plan is to stay at Pikes after food for the party. My group are worried though that it will feel like a bit of a slog and be a bit dead until much later.

I’ve seen on Sundays it’s technically an all day thing. What would the vibe be like around say, 6/7pm ish which is when I reckon we would have finished eating? Can you still use the pool at that time?

Off to Pikes on Monday. Is it just pot luck with the taxis to get back or is there a knack?
I staggered out about 3.30am and there were a couple of taxis sat waiting outside so was able to just hop in. That was beginning of July though.

Yes, its cool. Lots of people about and more arriving at that time. You can still use the pool.

Agree. It definitely doesn’t get quiet and keeps on building as more people arrive and it gets later.

We were there from 2pm for Sunday lunch in May and left at 10pm only because we needed to get changed for Glitterbox. Wish we could have stayed!

Thanks that’s exactly the ammo I need to convince the group we don’t need to go rushing around to and from pikes and can just stay for the duration, far less stressful! Cheers both

don't hang around the whole time in a group. meeting new people there is one of the great joys. it's also boiling hot right now so you'll want to hold back energy for the evening.

think I may well miss out on the H. *weeps* Can't find a Monday that works. Still holding out hope for Howler & co in Oct though

THIS! We've made friends for life at Pikes by just chatting to people.
