Good choice, it was everywhere!!!
A classic that immediately springs to mind is Rhythm Masters - "Ibiza In My Soul"

Sadly I was 17 and on a family holiday in Corfu
The real special mix of Another Chance is the slowed down piano version.
Another one i remember is Dave seaman Planet Funk - Chase the Sun as the sun came up in Privelage

Also Ultra Naté - Free. Reminds me of one of the first mornings I went to Space, circa 1998, The old terrace had their hands in the air singing along.
Its making the hairs stand up on my arms just thinking about it.God I miss the old terrace

Another tune from Lausanne's Dj Mandrax and his brother.
Finally by Sandy Rivera (KoT) did it for me.
