I'm 41 and i only go to a select few nights now after 20 years of caning it every holiday and i'm going to give Glitterbox a try this year. The Space Terrace wasn't uncomfortably rammed for We Love last year and that was one of the clubs biggest nights so i don't think it will be uncomfortably busy.

I understand what you're saying about not wanting to be surrounded by kids causing trouble but tbh i think you are being waaaay to nervous about it. There are parties that are too busy (Guetta @ Pacha is the infamous one) but generally in most places you can find room to dance and have a great time without getting barged about.

If you're looking for uplifting house/tech house music with a slightly less boisterous crowd then i would suggest Glitterbox @ Space on Fridays, Defected @ Amnesia on Tuesdays, Hed Kandi @ Es Paradis on Saturdays, El Row @ Space on Saturdays, Pure Pacha @ Pacha on Saturdays or Martin Solveig @ Pacha on Wednesdays

Thanks, not nervous about it and i am pretty open minded and used to all kinds of people although i think i have caused a different impression in this forum.

As mentioned before i have heard some bad experiences of people in Ibiza. To be honest a young woman i know went with her girlfriends and said she couldn't take the harrassment and was anxious to come back home...that's why i asked if Pacha would be like that. No big deal or yes or no! Just trying to find my spot in Ibiza, listen to some good music without anybody bugging me and in a nice environment (doesn't mean it cant be tight or crowded but not in a way you cant breath). That was the idea i had of Ibiza..each person at his own, doing his own thing and just enjoying the happy music!!

So till now for "musts" i have considered Martin Solveig at Pacha and Gliterbox at Space. For the other nights (if im still up to it :)), Lios and the marina area clubs and Blue Marlin...so thats it!!

Do you think it is really necessary to get all tickets in advance or can i risk deciding when in Ibiza??

Is glitterbox at "space" or "space terrace" ? couldnt really understand..is it an evening thing or night?
 
The terrace is now covered unfortunately, has been for a good few years. I really like Louie Vega and your Mrs would like Barbara Tucker live. Think you will have a good night.
 
Yup thats seems to be the kind of thing we would enjoy!! Should it be necessary to buy tickets in advance for this or for Pacha - Martin Solveig or the other clubs for that matter like Lios and other Marina clubs??
 
I have never bought tickets in advance and have always got into a club I wanted to go to. There are some benefits of buying tickets in advance I believe that I am sure Stivi or others can share.

You buy tickets as getting in ?? and they dont get sold out? For example guetta is sold out for pacha...(only VIP tables left)..

I have never bought tickets in advance for any club i have been to...that's why i dont know if it is different in Ibiza..

those are the online presale allotments that are sold out for Guetta. You can always buy hard tickets on the island.

You pay a bit more on the door for any party you go to but its not that much more so if you are deciding last minute what party to go to you can typically just but at the door no problem for almost any event. Guetta and Cox at Space are the few that might be sold out at the door and you are best getting a ticket ahead of time.

Having been to the Guetta nights as well I think you're best to skip it as it gets frustratingly packed with people.

I would never go to see someone like Guetta, but believe he sells out (and that isn't just referring to the music he plays) I buy tickets on the day from one of the many bars that sell tickets. Just look for the best deal.
