Pacha vs Ushuaia - Clubbing options for couple in late 30s

Ok thanks Dirk i have no problem with the liberal part just dont want problems coming my way...would you still however consider Pacha or Space relatively safe ? Its just that at the beggining posts were about that it was all so beautiful and that i wouldnt have any problems and all of a sudden evrything changed i didnt really understand what was going on ...so i thank you for understanding.

Although amusing i cant believe the story of the guy that had his wife kidnapped in the flower power van...that sort of made me disbelieve the rest...

I have been going to Ibiza for over 30 years, with family, friends and the Mrs (so lots of different experiences!) In all that time I haven't had anything bad happen to me and it is truly a fantastic place to visit or I wouldn't keep going back. You can see things that that you will never see anywhere else and that is the beauty of it. Keep your wits about you like you would in any foreign country and look out for dry humpers on the dance floor and you will be fine.

Some of the night time clubs are quite full on especially later on, so not sure if they would all be up your street.

This forum isn't Tripadvisor and people speak a lot of shit, but that is the beauty of it. A place to escape, share experiences and nonsense in a fun way. Makes me laugh a lot anyway.

And thats the reason i want to go to Ibiza, to escape from the daily routine, problems and responsabilities of daily life and go somewhere where you can be free and out of the ordinary...dont get me wrong...i dont mind weird or extravagant..it is all part of the ibiza experience and thats why i want to go at least once before im too old or too serious. People find it funny i chose Ibiza for my holidays since i might go clubbing about once or twice a year in my hometown...im expecting.Ibiza to make up for all those years of non partying !! I just said F**k it im going and going to have a blast...

Havent decided yet ..wss thnking near Santa Eulalia ou Es Canar...since they are heaper options for example vompared to Talamanca

Oh the drama it's things like this that's ruining the old Ibiza vibe where the people now coming over are a bit stuck up and think some people are below them or trouble because of age or appearance if your going over with this image of people falling all over the place and trying it on with your misses that's all your going to see in your head put all these thoughts aside and just go with the flow you'll figure it all out quite quickly in short stop freaking out and man up everything will be fine

The negativity started from the first post to be fair

And if someone is afraid of going to a place because of x y z then they really should try a different location

Ibiza is nothing like what the guy is imagining in his head.
 
I think some things have been lost in translation which can happen a lot on the internet and agree some choice of words could have been a little better by some.

Remember that everyone has some trepidation when going some where new and it is up to more seasoned visitors to try and positively help others. I know I can be the same when travelling somewhere new and have lots of questions, but more about local laws and the benefits of corrupt police.
 
I have never been to Ibiza and heard a lot about it...some things negative others positive...My thread was a question about what clubs were good considering my interests and was getting lots of good feedback and i was thanking everybody for it. I returned giving feedback about each of the suggestions and all of a sudden i start getting comments that ibiza is not for me, that im a stuck up guy, for mature clubs to go somewhere else, that my wife shoul be some model for me to be worried about harassment, all kinds of jokes, that if i had little money ibiza wasnt for me..like what was that all about?? Did i criticise anybody or judge anybody? I only commented on what places i would appreciated more and was thoughly judged for that...if Ibiza is too much for me...maybe...but im willing to give it a try...

By the way and back to the point whats is it like to be driving in Ibiza at night? Lots of line ups to enter Eivissa from Santa Eulalia..lots of police that make you stop??
