Ocean Beach Club Opening

Putting £50 into an Alzheimer's society/ NSPCC charity box would give me more of a buzz than wasting money by spraying champagne over myself and others. I really can't see the fun in it F*** me even if I spilt half a glass of vodka and coke by mistake I'd be peed off it went on the floor rather than in my mouth.
 
Ocean Beach Club - can you pass in/out like Space We Love?

I quite fancy checking out Ocean Beach Club on Tuesday as lineup seems decent. Would like to catch GusGus but I'd imagine they will be last up outdoors.

Does anyone know if it's like Space We Love and you can come and go as you please? Or is it a case of once you're in, you're in?
 
Seems like quite a flop to me. It has been slightly busy in the day but not packed and has just been full of tiny shorts and vests. Once the sun goes down there is about 5 people left in there. This is the view currently at 21:40. It's dead.

As im at the Bahia we get free entry but no-one from our hotel does when beers are 8 Euros at Ocean but 2.50 at the hotel bar.

So it's 2 more for a beer than it is at Zoo Project. Definitely need the 'come an go' policy then for me to take a risk at this, as no chance I'm spending 8 or so hours in there at those prices.
 
8 Euros on top of paying to go in for a swimming pool..... insult.

I think it's in the wrong location, Ushuaia I guess have huge line ups to pull in the crowds plus the hotel guests, I can't see what would really attract anyone to this place? line ups seem a bit weak and over-priced , you can go to bora bora for free and a beer is 6! or sit by your hotel pool for free all inclusive or cheap drinks

How far is this place from Hotel Osiris? I'll have a nosey as im guessing i will have to pass it on the walk to the centre of san an?
 
All I can do is :lol:
They won't compete in san an without big names. There's already so much on for free without paying to be stuck paying big prices like that for beer. Hope they lose everything they've put in. :)
 
The place is totally dead from 7pm, i have walked past a few times and never seen more that 20 people in there in the evning, pretty bad as it can hold a couple thousand. It seems wayne lineker is the most hated man in ibiza so everyone is enjoying watching this one flop as bad as his website. just need linekers bars to **** off now eh ;-)

Tourist trap Linekers wont vanish, although I wonder if someone else had opened this place wold it be busier? Is his name really that bad on the island?
 
thought about checking this place out as somewhere to go in the daytime until I looked on facebook at their album "ocean beach people"...lots of only way is essex stars and their wannabes, eurgh.

Are they trying to attract the Marbella crowd to Ibiza or something? Either way, think i'll be avoiding this place after all...

You're dead right.
Though the Mrs wants to go up to the hippy market in Es Cana the day after so dont know if I'll be "let" stay out til past 7am, much as I love the idea.
