opening update:

More than likely will be the first to second week in June now. We probably won't release an official opening date until May.
 
now renamed as ocean BEACH club ibiza.....

..... but i have to admit i gonna miss s'embarcador. i had dinner up there so many times over the years ! !
 
All the place is at the moment is a big hole in the ground.....nothing else!!

Shocked to see how slow the progress was when I viewed the site yesterday.

No way this place will be ready for June.....at a push July.

I remember that Ibiza series docusoap a few years back that featured Alister and a number of other personalities from the Island.

Linikers was featured as it tried to open its (already built) bar in San Antonio. It was a race against time to have it ready to open as there were all sorts of problems.

Fair play to them if they can pull off this much bigger project on time......if they hit any snags or unforeseen problems they may not even get it open for the season.

Think this is an ideal project for Kevin McCloud and his excellent Grand Designs series:)
 
The building works should firmly ruin any chance of a sleep in for my trip late this month, were staying in the bahia:lol:
 
Mojitos 2 for 1 hasta las 20h00 .... Is that an official announcement then ?
