Majorca

and for architects palma has some fine examples of modernist and racionalist buildings. and for boozers like me the bar cuba colonial is in a cool modernist building.

Holiday booked. 8) we're staying in Palma, or just outside it. A mile walk in or something, but don't mind a bit of walking on holiday.

Seconded - Cracking little town with some great restaurants, character and plenty of charm.

Puerto Pollensa isn't bad either, nice prom area and not quite as tacky as Alcudia.
We are staying in the Pollensa town in August.

Has anyone been to Sa Foradada restaurant. It looks pretty cool and the fact you need to get boat to it (or a 40 min hike), makes it even more intriguing.

The misses and I have made the decision to get married abroad for 2020 and Majorca is looking like a very good option for us at the moment. Were popping over across the last weekend of October for two nights. We're staying near Palma - has anyone got any Tapas recommendations? Were flying out really late Friday so only have one proper night for a nice bite to eat....

Ask for directions for The Bad Boy bar.. its what the locals call it.. plenty good tapas on the way..
Leave room for.dessert..;)
