Ibiza Taxis

The taxis are often in by Vivo Bistrot (put it in Google) - not sure if it is official rank. Obviously depends on time of day in terms of availability, but they are there a lot. Also have Taxi Click to get one if not about.
 
Has the Taxi Click app changed (again)? The location has been playing up for me lately and the pin drop not working.

The past two times, it's changed our location to somewhere else, even after I've confirmed the pin drop which resulted in cancelled taxis.

Even though I'm in the campo, it always worked well.

Personally speaking, I think much better than 2022 and 2023, but then depending on where you are and what time you want to travel, it can still be testing

We found taxis fine but did pay over the odds for a bandit driver rather that wait 2hours in the que after children if the 80s.

In the end up we didn’t really need much taxis in this trip.
 
Some of the taxi driver need to learn to smile. Caveat - I get they put up with a lot 😁

Maybe some should put the light off and head home.
 
Interesting - I've found they don't always chat loads (usually this is fine with me!) but rarely had any that aren't cordial. In fact the friendliness of most people in service industries in Ibiza often surprises me given how much they must have to put up with!

Thoroughly agree … we took a lot of taxis in our ten days and only one guy was visibly grumpy (not with us but he was driving a bit aggressively/erratically) all the others were very nice especially when I always round up the fare by around 10% to nearest round number - they were always grateful

day time drivers or night time drivers? if they are night time shift drivers i cant blame them to not smile
 
What’s going on with Taxis in San An bay, refusing fares to pikes, refusing fares to tapas ibiza? Not drunk or anything, just shocking standing there for half an hour. Ended up getting water taxi to town and then a taxi from there to pikes.

That’s strange, I thought taxi drivers usually preferred a lot of short taxi runs more frequently, rather than longer ones less often
