I seem to end up with the flu no matter where I go, I got it last year in Corfu, and another time in Tenerife! Seems to affect you coming back from holiday because of the change of climate, but it's DEFINITELY worse than any flu you could get back at home..

What about the Horrors? Anybody get those ridiculously scary nightmares when they get back home?

Yes these seem to last for a few days after I get back - they can be quite freaky!

i always blame it on the air conditioning on the plane. You need a thermal undies and a ski-jacket on most flights so you're bound to catch a chill, as for all those bugs being circulated.....
