those of you on a strict budget, how have you been balancing eating 'out' and eating 'in'?

we won't have a kitchen alas so a few packed lunches may be necessary, although budget extends beyond tinned produce!

Rent a 50 m yacht instead 80m. It saves a lot of money. Maybe people will laugh about you , but who cares ?
Same with the car. A normal BMW is enough . Its not bad such a 7 series. Its enough.
Easy to save money in Ibiza

Im kinda unsure what you're looking for here tbh. On a budget, but don't want to go to lidl? I quite like the local ones, like the one just outside Santa eularia on the road to Ibiza, or the one halfway between Es Cubells and Cala D'Hort. Dunno if thats what your on about though.

yeah, I'm looking for cool delis/takeouts, decent cheap eats, backstreet secrets, veggie stuff for missus, that kind of thing really. spend most of my life in LIDL here. the absolute nuclear option if all else fails.

I really like Moo’s in Cala Llonga for healthy stuff. Not super super cheap but still real nice.

You can eat and drink at cervecería quintana, order a cheap caña and get a wee tapa i think.

Bar Llumbi at Es Cubells isnt expensive but the view over to Formentera (and aioli) is worth the trip though. Dunno what veggie options are like though. Unsure why I've never been there with you yet.

not my finest hour... we were sat on the street one year somewhere in Figueretas and the mum and her kid next to us got up and left the table, leaving a whole plate of the boy's chips and (still starving) I wolfed them down, thinking they'd left. Only they hadn't. cue @fatphilb in hysterics when they sat down again..
